How to reach us

Everything at HOSTING123 goes through one address: support@hosting123.org. It is read by the editorial team, not a ticket bot, and we aim to reply to substantive messages within two to three working days. Put a clear subject line on the email and it will get to the right person faster.

Before you write: one thing we cannot do

We review hosting companies. We are not the support desk for any of them. If your website is down, your renewal was charged twice, or you are locked out of your control panel, the only people who can fix that are your hosting provider’s own support team, and writing to us first costs you time. What we do want to hear is how that support experience went afterwards, because ticket quality is part of every score we publish.

What to include, by topic

  • Reporting an error in a review: tell us the page, the specific claim, and what you believe is correct. For pricing, include where you saw the different price and the date, since promotional prices change weekly. See our Corrections Policy for how reports are handled.
  • Sharing your experience with a host: name the host, the plan, and roughly how long you have been a customer. First-hand detail about renewals, migrations, and support tickets is the most useful mail we get, and it has changed review scores before.
  • Suggesting a host or topic to cover: one or two lines on why. Requests for game server, NAS, and email hosting coverage are especially welcome because fewer sites test them.
  • Advertising and partnerships: read the Advertise With Us page first. It lists what we accept and, more importantly, what we refuse, including paid reviews and paid rankings. Pitches for either are declined without reply.
  • Copyright matters: use the process on our DMCA and Copyright Policy page so the notice contains everything required to act on it.
  • Privacy requests: access, correction, and deletion requests are covered in the Privacy Policy. Send them to the same address with “Privacy” in the subject.

If you work for a hosting company

You are welcome to write to us, and factual corrections from hosts are taken seriously and checked like any other report. But to keep expectations clear: we do not accept free or upgraded accounts for review purposes, we do not send reviews for approval before publication, and commercial pressure has no effect on scores. The fastest way to improve your review is to improve the product, because our monitors will notice.

Where we are

HOSTING123 is run by a small distributed team of editors and operates online only. There is no public office and no phone line: email genuinely is the way to reach us, and it is the channel we answer.
